Our beekeeper Johann Körner, in addition to his teaching at an AHS in Murtal/Styria, has felt called to beekeeping for several years now.
Having grown up on a mountain farm, he now takes care of his bee colonies as a small beekeeper. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the bees find a wide range of nature, the optimal basis for this high-quality honey.
Johann is also represented directly in the city of Knittelfeld with a few beehives. The "Knittelfeld buzzt" initiative is committed to biodiversity here, and Johann's bees also benefit from this.
You can taste it! A real treat!
All honey begins to crystallize over time, this is a completely natural process. The honey can still be eaten with great pleasure!
However, if the crystals bother you, you can dissolve them again by gently heating them up in a water bath at a maximum of 40°C.
